Texas state outline filled with the Texas flag
From Texas, for hummingbirds

Every ingredient has a Texas zip code.

We source, blend, bag, and ship from within the state — because migrating hummingbirds shouldn't drink imported sugar water tinted with dye.

TEXAS BLENDED & BAGGED

A mix of nourishing sugars

A blend of sucrose and fructose — the real sugars found in natural floral nectar — to hydrate and energize hummingbirds. 100% pure, no dyes, electrolytes, additives, or preservatives.

Real Ingredients

Blended small-batch

Our Story

Born on a back porch in North Texas.

Every spring, ruby-throats fly a thousand miles across the Gulf of Mexico to reach Texas. We wanted to give them something better than store-bought sugar water tinted red — so we started blending our own dry mix on a back porch in North Texas, one small batch at a time, using highly refined, extra fine, pure cane sugar from Texas, Florida and Louisiana and processed in San Antonio.  Scoop, stir into water, fill the feeder. That's it.  Sit back and enjoy watching your hummingbirds return day after day.

Feeder Guide

Made for Texas heat.

01

Clean weekly

Rinse feeders with hot water every 3–7 days when highs push past 90°F. No soap.
A little distilled white vinegar can also help remove any bacteria and mold.
02

Refresh nectar often

In August heat, small pours stay fresh longer than a full reservoir.
  • 90°F and above: Change daily
  • 80°F to 89°F: Change every 1 to 2 days
  • 70°F to 79°F: Change every 3 days
  • Below 70°F: Change every 4-5 days
03

Shade the feeder

Direct Texas sun can ferment nectar in hours. Hang under a live oak or east-facing eave.  Your hummingbirds will reward you with many more visits!
